Both our Midi Fighter Utility and hardware is compatible with Apple's latest version of macOS. Problem on Ventura can be that the option to allow apps from "Anywhere" is not available by default.
If that is the case on your Mac then you can run the following.
1. Open Terminal by clicking on the Spotlight Serach button and then type (without quotes) "terminal" and press return. You can do the same by holding Command + Space on your keyboard.
2. Type (without quotes) "sudo spctl --master-disable" or copy and paste the text.
3. Press return, quit terminal.
4. Check the "security & privacy" settings again and click on "Open Anyway".
