My Order Is In "Not Checked Out" Status


This means your order was not successful. The payment failed for one reason or another.

Please try to place a new order.

Sometimes you might see a charge on your statement for an order that wasn't successful. This is just an authorization and should disappear on it's own within 72 hours. The reason it takes a few days is the bank sees that you tried to pay us. However, if the  transaction is unsuccessful we send a message to the bank saying it was denied. The bank has to then process the deny message before returning your money.
