Often times international orders will be held in customs by your delivery custom - your shipping information may look like this:
Info: Your item could not be delivered due to payment of charges. It is being held while the addressee is notified.
If this is the case, your best best is to contact your local customs office, as they're most likely holding the package for tax/import purposes. We cannot control this as import fees are determined at the time of a package's arrival.
