encoder config and use in Virtual DJ

I have a strange situation and I tried all kind of settings.

in virtual DJ, for stems volume usage I created a mapping. It is working except that the encoder starts only from the middel , meaning that increasing to max is to fast. Don't have the problem with a F1 from native instruments

Somebody an idea? is this config on the twister fighter or in virtual dj ?
