We would love to be able to deal with all returns and repairs directly, but unfortunately, all third party product warranty claims must be deferred to the appropriate manufacturer.
In the case of any Native Instruments product you purchase from us, (Kontrol S2, S4, Z2, Z1, F1, X1, Audio 2/6/10 or Komplete Audio 6), please contact their technical support for assistance fixing your controller or to make a warranty claim. You will need your receipt from DJ TechTools which was emailed to you at the time of purchase.
You can also get your receipt by going to https://store.djtechtools.com and got to "Account & Help" at the top right of the screen, and sign in. If you are logged in already it will say "Welcome (Your Name)"
Go My Account, then click on the "Orders" tab
Click on your order and you will see all the information. Click to print the screen and save it as a PDF. Or you can take a screenshot.
