ALL RETURNS NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and included with the returned item(s). To get a Return Authorization Form please fill out a support ticket at www.djtechtools.com/support or call us at 877-645-5377 Only after we receive the returned item, will we ship the replacement.
You have 15 days from receipt to notify us that you are returning any item for any reason. It must be in it's original packing. If you are in the US, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Unfortunately we can't offer pre-paid return labels to our international customers, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you believe your product is broken we will troubleshoot via the phone or email first to establish if the product is defective. We will then arrange a return or replacement.
If a third party product arrives DOA or is defective within 15 days we will arrange a replacement. Otherwise we will require you to get it repaired or replaced from the manufacturer.

If you receive a defective third party product we will require you to get it repaired from the manufacturer, because that is the fastest way to get a replacement. We will help facilitate this transaction if needed for you. While we have an agreement with our vendors that they will repair broken units, we also understand that you bought the gear from us, and we will make sure you get your gear repaired in a timely manner.
All DJTT products have a full 1 year warranty. This warranty does not cover physical abuse or negligence (dropping, beating, slamming, water damage, theft, etc.)
If the equipment fails we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Modifying your controller will void the warranty.
PARTIAL REFUNDS AND EXTRA CHARGES
If you were wrongfully charged more than you should during checkout, you made a payment to us yet your order didn't checkout or any other situation where you think you were overcharged then please contact us at email@example.com directly and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
